Compact horizontal keypad for narrow or short mailbox doors.
Best for: Mailbox doors too narrow or short for a vertical keypad.
The difference is geometry, not capability. P4 is the standard vertical touch-PIN body and suits most HDB and condominium letterbox doors. P7 is the horizontal layout, for narrow or short doors where a vertical keypad will not fit above or below the mail slot.
Send a photo and we will tell you which one your door takes. If both fit, take P4 — it is the more common body and spares are easier.
We sell these and we fit these, but we will not pretend a battery is nothing. Seven of our nine models are fully mechanical, and for most residents one of those is the better long-term choice.
Choose digital if you specifically want a keypad rather than dials: faster in a dim corridor, easier with wet hands, and a four-digit PIN is quicker than four dials. Choose mechanical if you want to fit it and forget it for a decade.
One position where we actively steer people away from digital: fully exposed outdoor mailboxes taking direct rain. Put a zinc-alloy mechanical model there instead.
Yes — most of our range. Our combination models (P2, P3, P5, P6, P8 and P9) have no battery at all, so there is nothing to charge and nothing to fail. Only the digital touch-PIN models (P4 and P7) use a replaceable battery, and those warn you before it runs low.
Supply and installation starts from S$50 for a standard HDB or condo letterbox. If the mailbox is locked and the key is lost, opening adds S$25 per unit, so a typical open-and-replace job starts at S$75. Digital touch-PIN models start at S$60 and the range tops out at S$85. Urgent installation adds S$10. The final price is confirmed in writing after we review your photo.
Most single replacements take 15 to 30 minutes once we are on site and the mailbox is accessible. Bulk jobs for a whole block are scheduled as one coordinated visit.
After the job is done and you have confirmed it. We install the lock, send you a short video of it working, and you only pay once you are satisfied. There is no deposit, nothing to pay online and no card details taken.
