Bulk and group letterbox lock replacement
One coordinated visit, one invoice, one consistent model across the bank — and a per-unit breakdown so the committee can see exactly what was charged.
Group pricing tiers
| Volume | off | Example |
|---|---|---|
| 5+ units | 5% off | S$50 → S$47.50 |
| 10+ units | 10% off | S$50 → S$45 |
| 20+ units | written quote | Priced per bank |
How a bulk job actually runs
Survey first. We look at the actual bank — cut-out sizes, door thickness, strike condition, how many doors are already damaged. Mailbox banks are rarely as uniform as the drawings suggest, and finding that out on installation day is how projects overrun.
Written scope and per-unit price. You get a document you can take to the committee, with the model specified and the total broken down per unit.
One visit. We work through the bank in sequence. Residents keep access throughout — no mailbox is left open or unsecured between removal and fitting.
Handover pack. Codes or keys are handed over per unit according to whatever distribution method you have agreed, plus a completion list showing every unit done.
Choosing one model for a whole block
Consistency matters more than features at scale. One model across the bank means one spare part, one set of instructions for residents, and one procedure for the next committee in five years' time.
For most blocks the sensible choice is P2 Battery-Free Combination — no batteries to manage across fifty units, no keys to cut and distribute, and each resident sets their own code at handover. Where the committee wants a way back in, P3 at S$55 adds a backup key that retrieves the code, which materially reduces follow-up call-outs.

Common questions
Do I need HDB or MCST approval to change my letterbox lock?
For your own unit's letterbox you do not normally need approval — the lock is yours to maintain. For a block-wide or common-area mailbox bank, the MCST, managing agent or town council must approve the works first, and we help prepare that request before anything is scheduled.
Do you work with interior designers and new construction projects?
Yes. We are a one-stop letterbox lock solution for interior designers, renovation firms, developers, MCSTs, managing agents, town councils, property agents and landlords, as well as individual residents. Projects get one consistent model across every unit, a written per-unit scope, work scheduled around your handover or TOP date, and a single consolidated invoice.
Do you service HDB and condo letterboxes islandwide?
Yes. We cover every HDB town and condominium in Singapore, plus landed homes and outdoor mailboxes. We plan routes across the island each day, so your job is slotted into the next run passing your postal sector and you get a confirmed arrival window before we travel.
How much does a letterbox lock installation cost in Singapore?
Supply and installation starts from S$50 for a standard HDB or condo letterbox. If the mailbox is locked and the key is lost, opening adds S$25 per unit, so a typical open-and-replace job starts at S$75. Digital touch-PIN models start at S$60 and the range tops out at S$85. Urgent installation adds S$10. The final price is confirmed in writing after we review your photo.
