What 24 hours actually means here
It means someone reads your message and replies, at any hour. It does not mean we can always be at your block within the hour — we are a specialist trade, not an emergency dispatch fleet, and honesty about that is worth more to you than a promise we would break.
What we can tell you at 2am is the model that fits, the exact price in writing, and the earliest realistic window. Most late-night enquiries are fitted within hours.
Urgent installation
Choose urgent installation when you order and we make a special arrangement to reach you outside our planned route. The only addition to your quote is S$10.
That figure does not change with the hour. There is no night rate, no weekend rate and no public holiday rate. A locksmith who charges triple after midnight is pricing your panic, not the work.
Urgent slots depend on three things: availability, where you are, and whether your model is in stock. We tell you all three before you commit.
When urgent installation is genuinely worth it
The mailbox is currently unsecured. A sheared cam or a spinning barrel means anyone can open your mail. That is worth S$10 to close straight away.
You are expecting something that matters. A bank card, a government letter, a document with a deadline.
You are moving out or handing over shortly. Between-tenancy changes often cannot wait for the next routine run.
If none of those apply, take the standard slot. It is free, and the lock will be exactly the same.

Yes. We answer WhatsApp and phone round the clock, every day of the year, including public holidays. Late-night and early-morning lost-key openings are a regular part of what we do. Urgent installation, at any hour, carries a S$10 surcharge, stated in writing before we travel — there is no separate night rate and no emergency multiplier.
I lost my letterbox key. Can you help?
Yes. We open the locked mailbox and fit a replacement lock the same visit. Opening starts from S$25 per unit and we verify on site that you are the resident, owner, tenant or an authorised person before anything is opened.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No call-out fee and no attendance fee. Standard visits on our daily route carry no travel charge at all. The only additional charge is S$10 for urgent installation, a special arrangement outside our planned route — and that figure is in your written quote before we travel.
How much does a letterbox lock installation cost in Singapore?
Supply and installation starts from S$50 for a standard HDB or condo letterbox. If the mailbox is locked and the key is lost, opening adds S$25 per unit, so a typical open-and-replace job starts at S$75. Digital touch-PIN models start at S$60 and the range tops out at S$85. Urgent installation adds S$10. The final price is confirmed in writing after we review your photo.
