Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we deliberately avoid collecting. It is written to be read rather than to be complied with silently.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to quote and complete your job. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we deliberately keep identifying details out of WhatsApp links so they never end up in browser history or referrer logs.
What we collect
To quote: the photo you send, your product choice, quantity, the condition of the existing mailbox, whether you need urgent installation, and your postal sector.
To complete the job: your name, contact number, block, unit and full postal code — provided by you inside the WhatsApp chat.
On site: where a locked mailbox must be opened, we sight proof of your authorisation. ID is sighted only. It is never photographed, copied, scanned or recorded.
Job record: the completion video and a record of the work done and the price agreed.
How the order form protects you
The order form builds a WhatsApp message. The link itself carries only your product choice, quantity, mailbox condition, scheduling choice, the 2-digit postal sector and the estimate.
Your name, phone number, block, unit and full postal code are never placed in the link. This is deliberate: URLs are stored in browser history, may be passed in referrer headers and can be logged by intermediaries. The copy button exists so those details are pasted directly into the encrypted chat instead.
Why we hold it and how long
We use your data to prepare a quote, schedule and complete the installation, provide the warranty, and meet record-keeping obligations. We keep job records for as long as the workmanship warranty runs plus any period required by law, then delete them.
Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted once the enquiry is clearly closed.
Who we share it with
No one, other than where required by law. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not pass it to marketing partners.
For bulk work commissioned by an MCST, managing agent, developer or design firm, the completion list identifies units rather than individuals wherever that is possible.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not embed third-party advertising trackers. Where we measure how the site is used, it is limited to aggregate interaction counts that tell us which parts of the page people use — not who they are.
WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and phone calls by your carrier's.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, and withdraw consent to our use of it.
To make any of these requests, contact us on +65 8341 7888 or by WhatsApp — we answer 24 hours. Withdrawing consent while a job is in progress may mean we cannot complete it.
