What to do
- Stop turning. Pushing the stub further in makes extraction harder.
- If the door is locked, it counts as a lost-key opening (+S$25).
- WhatsApp a photo and we quote in writing.
Stop it happening again
Go keyless. A battery-free combination lock has no key to snap or lose.
FAQ
Can you just pull the broken piece out?
Sometimes, but the lock that snapped a key is usually worn, and it will happen again. Replacing it costs little more and comes with a 1-year warranty.
I lost my letterbox key. Can you help?
Yes. We open the locked mailbox and fit a replacement lock in the same visit. Opening is S$25 per mailbox, and we verify on site that you are the resident, owner, tenant or an authorised person before anything is opened. ID is sighted only, never copied.
