Before you order
Can you match the existing lock on my letterbox?
In most cases, yes. Send one straight-on photo of the mailbox front and we identify the cut-out, cam type and turning direction, then confirm in writing which model fits. If we confirm a model and it does not fit on site, you pay nothing, including no attendance fee.
When do I pay?
After the job is done and you have confirmed it. We install the lock, send you a short video of it working, and you pay only once you are satisfied, by PayNow, cash or bank transfer. There is no deposit, nothing to pay online and no card details taken.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every lock we supply and install carries a 1-year warranty covering the lock and our installation. If it fails under normal use within a year, we come back and fix or replace it at no charge, with no call-out fee. Keep the WhatsApp thread from your job; it is your proof of purchase.
