Code locks: change the code, not the lock

FAQ
When should I change a letterbox lock that still works?
When you move into a resale flat, when a tenant or domestic helper leaves, after a key goes missing, or if mail has been tampered with. Anyone who kept a key or knows the code can still open the box. A battery-free code lock (from S$50) lets you change the code instead of the lock next time.
Do I need to be at home?
Not always. If the mailbox is open and the job is a straight replacement, we can fit it and send you the video and code instructions. For lost-key openings, an authorised person must be present so we can sight ID before opening.
