If it has happened before, upgrade to P8 4-Digit High Security: a code lock has no keyhole to glue.
FAQ
Should I try to dissolve the glue myself?
We don’t recommend it. Solvents and picks can push glue deeper and damage the door finish. Take photos first, then let us remove the lock.
Should I make a police report?
If you suspect deliberate vandalism or harassment, you may wish to report it to the police. Take photos before anything is removed.
I lost my letterbox key. Can you help?
Yes. We open the locked mailbox and fit a replacement lock in the same visit. Opening is S$25 per mailbox, and we verify on site that you are the resident, owner, tenant or an authorised person before anything is opened. ID is sighted only, never copied.
